World Cup Turin

The team fenced in Turin, Italy this weekend. After pools, Kelleigh Ryan, Alanna Goldie, Eleanor Harvey and Annie-Claude Therrien all fought to make the second day of the competition. Unfortunately, no one was able to continue on to the 64's.

The team event began with Canada facing France. The team lost to the French and then had to fence the Egyptian team. The team pulled together and convincingly won the bout and moved on to the top 12. After a good effort, the team fell to both Great Britian and China to finish 12th.

The team will now travel to Budapest for a training camp and the final world cup in Olympic qualification.
